In the past there was a separated between roles, tasks and responsibilities, which we just call roles. This new exam calls them tasks. Processes are mostly referred to as activities that you need to do in order to get an outcome. An outcome is also called a deliverable.
For the exam that started 1-2-2021 use all workflows to see the various tasks. Workflow 3 has the high level view.
The PM must know the task to perform, the enablers available to perform the tasks, and the desired outcomes or deliverables.
