Anyone interested in agile project concepts may take this class. Even if you took a PMP Certification class if you don't know Agile's Basic Concepts or if you don't have Agile exposure of any kind, it would be worthwhile to take this class so you have a greater comfort level at the start of your PMP class. Agile Basic Concepts. This class is 2 hours and can be taken by anyone. Even if you took a PMP Certification prior to the date of your PMP class for the exam of 1/2/2021 and following, you may want the Agile Basic Concepts class before taking PMP Certification with Exam Prep if you don't have any agile exposure. If you worked on an Agile team, then you have agile exposure.

3. Or perhaps you just want to learn agile basic concept knowledge so you can increase your business acumen.
