Instructions: Plan on registering for class 7 to 14 days in advance before the first class begins to make sure you have a seat on the dates you want. Register by clicking the "add to cart" button above. Payment will be required at the same time. You may use either a credit card or debit card or PayPal. The latest pre-registration is required by 5:00 PM the day before the class begins unless the class is marked "filled." Classes are small, so if you must have a certain date it is suggested you may consider scheduling this class 2-4 weeks in advance to hold the date as dates are subject to change if there are no registrations
This is a two day class - 14 hours of training and qualifies towards the 35 hours of formal project management certification for exam approval for the PMP® or the 23 hours for CAPM® Exam approval. This class while it aligns to the PMBOK® Guide, (A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge)®, Version 5, & the PMP Exam Outline, it cannot cover in 14 hours what you need to know in order to pass the PMP or CAPM Exams.
Instructor: All Instructors who teach this class have a PMP® credential. The curriculum was authored by Mo Haque, MSEE, MSEE, PMP.
What the course covers
This course teaches project managers how to manage the interrelationship of scope, schedule and budget to drive project success. In this class the balancing act of the triple constraints of a project is explained in detail.
