Project Management Training - Creating Templates, fully Instructor-Led by Mo Haque, MSEE/MSEE, PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, CMfgT, EDMP.
This class is about creating templates that match the roles of the Project Manager and the processes to be performed. The content of the templates will be designed will also evolve around using these templates effectively in order to achieve the intended results.
This is a two day class - a total of 14 hours of training
Location: Onsite at your organization in MI, DC or WA or 100%, Live Online, joined by trainees on their computer.
Audience:
(a) Lead project managers
(b) Project Manager Directors
(c) PMOs
(d) PMP or PgMP credential holders needing PDUs

PDUs: This class will allow you to claim 14 PDUs if you have a PMP or PgMP credential.
Pre-requisites
Trainees should be proficient in the following Microsoft Applications:
Word, Excel, Power Point,
Visio, Microsoft Project, InfoPath skills are also preferred but not necessary. If you don't have these skills you will create your forms using Word, Excel and Power Point.
You will use these applications, along with one note, to build your forms/templates.
What you need for class:
(a) Your laptop or a thumb drive so you can save the work you do on your own computer. This way you can use your own software, and the year of your application will not matter.
(b) Notebook and pen.
Class Objectives:
(a) Produce templates and forms that your organization needs or that you need for your projects
(b) Learn best practices for content
(c) Produce 15 to 20 forms / templates
