Other close by hotels for Bellevue training are Extended Stay, LaQuinta (Northup - Kirkland address), Days Inn, Hyatt House in Redmond. Do not stay in Renton as the traffic is bad and you will be on the freeway an hour or more each day, each way. Cities of Factoria, Bellevue, Renton, Kirkland (near Bellevue) are all within 5 or less miles.

We are next to the Troy Marriott and close by the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy, MI. there is also a Courtyard by Marriott not far away. Lots of hotels are in this area.
