The Project Management Institute, Inc. has a handbook for every exam. Go to their site at pmi.org, select your exam type and download the exam handbook. The key to managing your exam is to first understand the exam rules when you have an exam paid for.
1. You should note that you will lose your exam fee if you don't reschedule your exam in time, or you will need to take your exam.
2. Don't count of getting an exam extension when you call them. Plan to take your exam before your 12 months of eligibility expires.
