Are All of SmartPath LLC's Classes Guaranteed to Run? (GTR)
Yes they are. Our Live Online classes will be cancelled only when it is too late for you to purchase because the hardcopy and or digital copy of class content would not reach you in time. We never cancel a class that has a person registered or it has been purchased.
For the PMP(R) Prep, digital content, account set up instructions are now being received in about 2 to 3 business days.
Our classes are all guaranteed-to-run at the time of purchase and or registration, except when acts of God comes into play such as incremental weather. If incremental weather shuts down the internet, it will be essential to reschedule. Incremental weather has only happened once since 2007 where it shut us down for one day. If this happens in your area, then you can also reschedule at no cost to you. We never charge a fee when a customer needs to reschedule.
