This class is part of an IT Agile Excellence series consisting of specialized classes involving The Product Owner, The Agile Project Manager and the Agile Developer. Training is onsite in Washington DC, Bellevue-Seattle WA or via Live Video Conference from any U.S. State.

Audience: Agile Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, Agile Developer Teams. It doesn't matter which order you take this training in this series.

The IT Agile Developer.
In this four hours of training the participants will learn how to be a productive, efficient and effective Agile developer. The class will focus on team characteristics, user story creation and estimating effort, and developing test cases.
A. Becoming an Agile team
B. Defining Team capacity
C. Defining Risk based backlog
D. Creating user stories
E. Creating test cases / test driven development
F. Attending Daily standup meetings
G. Providing development status
H. Reviewing and updating definition of Done

This class provides contact hours as part of the 21 hours required for PMI-ACP Exam approval; however, it does not prep you for the Agile Certification Exam as it's not exam focused. If you do all 3 days in the series you will acquire 12 of the 21 required hours. You will need 3 hours of PMI-ACP quiz practice plus a 6 hour Prep Class for Exam approval and Prep to take the Exam. We will be adding a 6 hour PMI-ACP Prep Class shortly so you will have this option. The 3 hours of Online Quiz Practice is already available.
