Description

This AI Project Management training and coaching program offers structured, start-to-end AI related processes tools & techniques for leading and managing AI Projects and delivering business benefits effectively and efficiently.

Next Classes March 9 to 12 or April 13 to 16 or May 5 to 8 – 2026.  All Classes are from 7 AM PST/PDT to 5 PM PST/PDT or 10 AM to EST/EDT 8 PM EST/EDT.

You can earn a competency certificate after class by taking our Competency Exam.  You have to pass by 70% to earn it.  Who should join? Project Managers, Developers & Testers, Data Managers, Operations & Functional Managers.

This training provides participants thorough explicit and tacit knowledge for real-world management of AI Projects.  The training content is aligned with AI industries best practices.
